Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their team in a hybrid role based in the Edmonton area. This permanent position involves managing and enhancing a portfolio of business applications to ensure their reliability, security, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role encompasses technical support, configuration, testing, integration, and system optimization.

What you will be doing:
Application Management and Support

• Manage and maintain business systems to support organizational goals.

• Proactively identify and address risks related to system performance and functionality.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Enhancements and Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement updates to improve system capabilities and resilience.

• Document business requirements to support upgrades and system enhancements.

• Lead testing efforts to ensure successful implementation of changes.

Security and Integration

• Maintain robust security measures across applications and address vulnerabilities proactively.

• Collaborate with IT teams to streamline system integration and enhance overall efficiency.

What you must have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Hands-on experience with SAP system administration and support.

• Proficiency in SAP Basis, including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Knowledge of database administration and SAP system integration.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 - $110,000
