What you will be doing:

  • Total Territory Sales for assigned accounts

  • Account Management throughout the Customer Phase Cycle

  • Growth Customer Wallet Share Expansion

  • Key Customer maintenance

  • New (Target) Customer Acquisition

  • Opportunity Identification and Management

  • Territory Sales Planning and resulting Activity & Objective results

  • Sales Expense Management

  • Overall Customer Satisfaction

  • Demonstrate company values and commitment to its Vision & Mission.

  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and participate in annual budgeting

  • Develop quarterly strategic sales plans and conduct territory management consistent with priorities and objectives

  • Complete quarterly/monthly review of activities and results

  • Complete annual business reviews and scheduled check-ins with customers

  • Conduct Sales Activities through appropriate mediums

  • Prepare quotes and orders as required

  • Routinely identify and report all market, opportunity and competitive information

  • Develop and maintain coordination and communication with manufacturing and shipping departments to assure timely attainment of sales department goals

  • Participate in industry-related events including tradeshows as required


What you must have:

  • Technical expertise on Geotechnical, Environmental, and Waterwell drilling markets, products and technologies, with HDD and Diamond-Core knowledge an asset

  • Minimum of 2 years in successfully utilizing a professional sales process system such as Sandler, SPIN or Miller Heiman. Training should include major account management skills and strategic/tactical sales skills

  • Post-secondary education in related fields preferred

  • Excellent business and sales acumen in order to resolve customer inquiries and issues while maximizing sales and profitability

  • Ability to influence/work with others to achieve departmental goals

  • Effective time management and task prioritization

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM.

  • Valid driver’s license as occasional travel is required 


Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 -$80,000
