What you must have:

• Vast experience as a Sr. BA who can facilitate and run requirements gathering and elaboration workshops.

• Background in Banking & Finance data concepts

• Target Data areas are:  Finance / AIRB / Capital / Risk / Treasury / Regulatory and Financial Reporting

• Ideal candidates would have experience gathering and elaborating on sparce or missing field-level metadata by asking intuitive and clarifying questions to the business to get the requirement "build ready" for delivery teams and align sources to targets

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization are a must
