Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Permanent Sr Sales Director / Territory Manager to join our team in the AI market. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid background in engineering and a passion for AI solutions to play a pivotal role in our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales channels, developing relationships with existing and new customers. This role requires a deep understanding of AI to drive sales in this rapidly evolving market.


What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate targets in the AI market.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management, contributing to the development of business strategies.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.

  • Build and work closely with Sales Channel, providing technical support and product training as needed.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and communicate these effectively to clients.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our AI  solutions and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.


What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in sales or account management within the AI industry, preferably in Agentic AI.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network of channel and customer base, preferably NVIDA and enterprise segment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.


Salary/Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000
