Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead, Account Manager to oversee and guide their significant enterprise accounts in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in account management within the energy sector, particularly in field operations, and enthusiastic about technology. This role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of our software and the operational challenges of the energy industry.
What you will be doing:

Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders for our major enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and the continuous alignment of the company's solutions with client goals.

Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients by advocating for new products, services, and features, and ensuring the adoption of these solutions to drive client success.

Collaborate with senior management to influence the product roadmap, advising on the development of service plans, software enhancements, and new solutions tailored to the energy sector’s needs.

Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring that the company’s products evolve to meet both the technical and operational requirements of energy companies, particularly in field operations.

Lead and mentor a high-performing account management team, guiding them in refining processes, creating training materials, and ensuring that our software is effectively implemented and adopted by clients.

Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our innovative solutions and fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders.
What you must have:

7+ years of account management experience in the energy industry, with a strong focus on field operations.

Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performance teams in account management, business development, or client success functions, with experience driving enterprise-level strategies.

Proven ability to manage large-scale, strategic enterprise accounts, including handling complex technical needs, multiple stakeholders, and long-term relationship management.

Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture while delivering detailed, tactical execution on client needs and growth strategies.

A passion for technology and innovation, with a proven ability to quickly understand and leverage new software tools and data solutions in the energy space.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Salary/Rate Range: $120,000 - $130,000
