What you will be doing:

Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage potential clients in need of IT solutions.

Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Support Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that achieve revenue goals.

Develop Proposals and Presentations: Assist in creating tailored proposals and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Stay Informed on Market Trends: Monitor industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs to uncover growth opportunities.

Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client expectations.

Maintain Accurate Records: Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
What you must have:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within IT services, technology, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited to learn about the IT services industry.
Nice to have:

Knowledge of Managed Services: Familiarity with managed IT services, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity solutions.
- IT Certifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals can be a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software, or hardware solutions is an asset.
