Our client is growing, and their Omni Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving omni-channel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of the company's Order Management Systems. What you will be doing:

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.

• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.

• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.

• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.

• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

What you must have:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• Strong OMS knowledge/experience in a retail and eCommerce environment

• Agile/Sprint product management experience

• Business Analysis experience

• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem

• Experience working with internal and external development teams

• Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners

• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich the company's Values, Business and People Leadership principles

• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
