What you will be doing:

• Manage tax compliance and accounting functions in a growing and acquisitive environment.

• Own capitalization table management and ensure compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions.

• Serve as the internal tax expert, helping to reduce reliance on external firms like Moss Adams.

• Support partnership tax structures, LLC tax matters, and potential international tax considerations.

• Establish streamlined tax filing processes and contribute to long-term tax strategy development.

What you must have:

• 4-6 years of experience in tax advisory, preferably from a public firm (non-Big 4 preferred for broader expertise).

• Strong partnership and cap table management experience.

• Experience with SMLLCs and regular LLCs.

• International tax experience is a plus but not required.

• Must have a builder mindset, as many tax functions are being developed internally for the first time.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary/Rate Range: $110.00 - $150.00
