Overview:
We are looking for an Application Developer to join an application maintenance services team. We are looking for a senior .NET developer with experience working directly with clients. This resource will report to the Business Lead and Service Delivery Manager. The team is focused on the maintenance of applications within the client’s portfolio of applications.


What you will be doing:

• Fix bugs in existing applications.

• Enhance existing applications to add additional functionality, and the development of new applications to add to the portfolio.

• Someone who takes ownership of their work, works independently, has excellent communication skills, and has innovative ideas and solutions.

• Ability to learn quickly and build positive relationships with the team and clients.

• Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.

• Must be able to work with clients to understand and manage client expectations Must be able to lead clients’ meetings

• Must be proficient in C#.NET development, web, and Windows native

• Must have strong front-end development skills

•  Must have strong SQL and T-SQL skills

•  Must be able to perform maintenance on existing applications, including break/fix, configuration, and monitoring

• Must be able to work with clients and business analysts to understand and implement technical requirements for application enhancements

• Must be able to work with project teams to develop new systems and sub-systems

• Will be required to create and update application documentation including operation guides, implementation guides, and requirements/specification documentation

• Provide estimates for AMS and project work.

• Understand the importance of the user experience and user interfaces.

• Ensure solutions are viable and cohesive with existing applications.

• Support team in all aspects of their work Must have experience working with SSIS and SSAS
