Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in capital raising and investor relations. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and securing funds from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and discretionary management firms. The ideal candidate understands financial structures and has a proven track record of raising capital within private debt or credit funds.

What you will be doing:

• Spearhead fundraising efforts, securing capital from HNWIs, family offices, and discretionary management firms.

• Manage investor relations, providing financial statements (year-end and quarterly) and ensuring transparency.

• Develop and execute strategies to meet capital-raising goals, with a 36-month target of $50 million.

• Oversee underwriting processes, ensuring a steady pipeline of loan applications (12-15 monthly) amounting to $80-90 million.

• Maintain a borrower-side return of 12-18% and an investor return of 14.5%.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fundraising

What you must have:

• 5+ years of experience in capital raising within private debt or credit funds.

• Degree in Finance, MBA, CFA.

• Strong network and ability to engage HNWIs, family offices, and discretionary management firms.

• Financial acumen with experience handling investor relations and fundraising strategies.

Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 - $90,000
