What you will be doing:
Automation and Orchestration

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for various automation tasks

• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows to streamline IT operations

• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and resilience in automation solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements

• Integrate Ansible with other IT tools and platforms

Monitoring and Optimization

• Implement automated monitoring solutions for IT systems

• Analyze system metrics and logs to identify issues and optimize performance

• Work with the AIOps team to develop predictive analytics and anomaly detection models

Collaboration and Support

• Partner with AIOps teams to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions

• Provide technical support and guidance on Ansible-related tasks

• Conduct training sessions and documentation for automation best practices

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance automation

• Stay updated on industry trends in Ansible and AIOps

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

What you must have:

• 5+ years as an Ansible Developer, specializing in configuration management, automation, and orchestration using Ansible

• Strong experience with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems

• Effective communication and ability to work in a team

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility

Certifications (at least one of the following):

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform

• Developing Advanced Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform

• Additional certifications in related technologies are a plus
