What you will be doing:

• Review legal documents

• Draft initial complaint on new cases

• Draft meet and confer letters for the head/associate attorney before these go out

• Draft legal documents i.e motions, motions to compel discovery

• Draft discovery, responses to discovery

   

• Don’t just draft discovery (they will be taught a lot here!)

   

• Delve into cases heavily with the attorneys

• Provide support for attorney’s depositions

• Conduct research

Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
