What you will be doing:

• Manage and grow your own book of business while also overseeing work for the firm’s corporate clients.

• Provide legal support on commercial transactions including contract drafting, business buy/sell agreements, due diligence, and commercial real estate transactions.

• Advise on corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and other corporate matters.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and offer strategic legal advice.

• Ensure high-quality client service and effective communication throughout all stages of legal work.

What you must have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing legal services in British Columbia.

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

• Demonstrated ability to manage corporate files independently.

• Strong experience in commercial transactions and corporate law.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $145,000.00 - $300,000.00
