What you will be doing:

• Manage P&L for the Product Line: Manage business in a very hands-on manner to hit growth and profitability targets. Optimize product profitability through setting and implementing price strategy, and driving sourcing, procurement and operations initiatives.

• Develop Product and Aftermarket (Consumables and Services) Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product and aftermarket portfolio strategy (including R&D strategy) that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets for the Product Line. Adapt portfolio based on regional needs, voice-of-customer insights, and competitive positioning. Identify new growth opportunities such as partnerships and M&A.

• Implement Go-To-Market Approach: Ensure that the sales teams are enabled with tools and insights to successfully sell the product line offerings. Keen focus on developing quantified value propositions and pricing strategy. Provide competitive insights, sharpen product messaging, and adjust go-to-market tactics based on sales performance metrics.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant scientific or engineering field. Ph.D. preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and leadership in a high tech products or scientific instrumentation industry, with a focus on commercialization.

• Ability to travel, as necessary
