Overview:
We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality support and service for industrial equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, solving technical challenges, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.



What you will be doing:

  • Experience with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial bandsaw equipment.

  • Solid documentation and record-keeping habits.

  • Familiarity with using a computer for basic tasks and reporting.

  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics.

  • Exposure to PLC systems is a plus, though not mandatory.

  • Foundational understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and diagnostic problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using precision instruments and measurement tools.

  • Comfortable working with a variety of hand tools.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

  • Physically capable of tasks involving bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

  • Effective time management and organization abilities.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset.


What you must have:

  • Conduct thorough machinery evaluations and execute optional system upgrades as needed.

  • Accurately complete detailed inspection reports for internal tracking and compliance.

  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area in accordance with company policies.

  • Adhere strictly to safety standards and participate in ongoing safety and skills training.

  • Provide hands-on support in the warehouse, assisting with operations as directed by supervisory staff.

  • Collaborate with experienced technicians during on-site installations and user training sessions.

  • Support customer inquiries via phone as necessary.
