Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and technically proficient individual to help grow and lead a team of service professionals supporting industrial machinery across the U.S. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, training, and customer service responsibilities. Ideal for someone with a strong mechanical/electrical background and a passion for delivering excellent client support.



What you will be doing:

  • Guide and enhance the technical capabilities and service excellence of the field support team.

  • Provide consistent training and mentorship to team members and service partners.

  • Previous experience with bandsaw machinery is an advantage.

  • Foster exceptional customer interactions and maintain strong communication across teams and clients.

  • Build and maintain a nationwide service support structure utilizing a mix of in-house staff, independent technicians, and distributor partners.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations through high-quality service execution, including:

    • Performing inspections, upgrades, repairs, and accessory installations.

    • Installing machinery and delivering user training onsite.

    • Providing remote (phone/email) and onsite technical support.

    • Creating and refining systems to collect and analyze product/service feedback.

    • Coordinating service training programs both internally and externally.

    • Assisting with parts sales and technical troubleshooting.

    • Handling warranty claims and resolutions.

    • Supporting sales efforts including demos, trade shows, and product testing.

    • Implementing and servicing remote performance monitoring systems.

 


What you must have:

  • Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machine tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset and strong sense of initiative.
