What you will be doing:

• Lead day-to-day property maintenance operations with a focus on exterior upkeep: general repairs, concrete, potholes, electrical, signage, line striping, power washing, and more.

• Oversee maintenance crews and vendors, assigning tasks, ensuring quality of work, and coordinating equipment and materials.

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance, cleanliness, and safety.

• Respond promptly to tenant and property owner concerns, maintaining positive relationships.

• Manage capital improvement projects and ensure work aligns with contract specifications.

• Be available for emergency response situations (on-call 24/7) to coordinate and secure job sites.

• Supervise and support maintenance team members including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory of supplies and materials.

• Travel to sites across the Northeast as needed.

• 3+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience.

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a property services setting.

• Valid clean driver’s license required.

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Project management experience preferred.

• Ability to read, understand, and implement safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Skilled in staff development and conflict resolution.

• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial).

• Experience working with vendors and managing service contracts.

• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and report documentation.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel as necessary (including overnight stays).

Salary/Rate Range: $80,000 - $120,000
