The company's SEO strategy is not just about ranking high in search results—it’s about leveraging AI to build an intelligent, self-improving content ecosystem that seamlessly integrates with our AI legal assistant. You’ll define, execute, and scale this strategy, working directly with our founders to drive high-intent traffic and optimize conversion paths.


What you will be doing:

• Own and execute our AI-based SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page pillars.

• Test and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to scale content and SEO operations efficiently.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using SEO, content marketing, and experimentation.

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media and paid media strategies, to expand our traffic portfolio and enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with our technical team to improve site structure and conversion paths for organic visitors.

• Leverage tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and others to report on performance and guide strategy.

What you must have:

• SEO Expertise: Proven track record of growing organic traffic, including keyword strategy, content ops, and technical SEO fundamentals. Special preference given to familiarity with cutting-edge SEO techniques, especially ones leveraging AI.

• Content Marketing: Experience creating or managing high-quality, SEO-driven content at scale.

• Startup Growth: You’ve worked in (or scrappily supported) early-stage environments where experimentation, speed, and autonomy are key.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-assisted content creation, local SEO, or legal/regulated content domains.

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 - $120,000
