Overview:
A leading enterprise team is seeking three Systems Analysts to join a critical upgrade project focused on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This short-term engagement supports the enhancement of financial and procurement systems in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules and a track record of supporting state-level or enterprise-scale implementations.


What you will be doing:

• Leading requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with SMEs

• Documenting system requirements, test scenarios, training guides, and workflow diagrams

• Conducting functional reviews and presenting findings to key stakeholders

• Performing system integration and interface testing across business modules

• Supporting multiple test cycles and contributing to QA documentation

• Serving as a backup across key modules such as AP, Purchasing, and Supplier Contracts

• Collaborating in a remote/hybrid team using O365 tools, MS Teams, and SharePoint

What you must have:

• 8+ years of business analysis experience on PeopleSoft FSCM implementation or upgrade projects

• Deep expertise in eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing within PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

• Proven ability to lead workshops, conduct requirement reviews, and write clear documentation

• Hands-on testing experience in system integration and data interfaces

• Strong Microsoft O365 and collaboration tool proficiency

• Experience with Agile tools (Jira), workflow (AWE), and platforms such as STAT (preferred)

• Public sector or CAPPS Financials experience is a bonus
