Overview:
We are seeking two passionate and entrepreneurial Family Physicians to establish and operate their own independent practice within a newly constructed clinic space co-located with a busy pharmacy in Greater Sudbury. With a population facing a significant shortage of primary care, this is a rare opportunity to build a thriving, full-panel practice in short order—with marketing, operational, and infrastructure support provided.
What you will be doing:

Full-time patient care (minimum 4 x 8-hour days/week) after 3 months.

Part-time care (min. 25 hours/week) acceptable during initial 3-month ramp-up.

Active participation in ongoing patient care.
What you must have:

Licensure with the CPSO or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent.

Current Medical Liability Insurance (CMPA coverage).

Experience in primary care, urgent care, or rural medicine.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Salary/Rate Range: $400,000 - $600,00
