Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a collaborative, well-established clinic located in Scarborough, Ontario. The clinic is home to a team of 10 existing physicians providing a complimentary blend of primary and specialty care, supported by a strong and experienced administrative team including nursing support to triage patients and handle referrals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and managing a broad range of pediatric conditions and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. What you will be doing:

• Performing well-baby and routine pediatric check-ups

• Providing consultative services to both the community and local hospitals

• Diagnosing, prescribing, and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions

• Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as needed

• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with professional standards

• Demonstrating strong diagnostic, treatment, and care management skills across the pediatric spectrum

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pediatric medications and treatment protocols

• Proficiency with EMRs and clinical IT systems (Training will be provided to the successful candidate)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive interactions with patients, families, and the care team

What you must have:

• Certification in Pediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.

• Eligible for independent practice in Ontario and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Salary/Rate Range: $450,000 - $550,000
