As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for consulting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue, promoting service agreements, and ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their home or business.
What you will be doing:

Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Provide in-home consultations and present solutions that enhance comfort, efficiency, and safety.

Educate customers on available service plans, financing options, and promotions.

Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, referrals, and company-generated opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
What you must have:

Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services sales preferred.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.

Basic technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
