As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for  consulting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue, promoting service agreements, and ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their home or business.


What you will be doing:

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

  • Provide in-home consultations and present solutions that enhance comfort, efficiency, and safety.

  • Educate customers on available service plans, financing options, and promotions.

  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, referrals, and company-generated opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.


What you must have:

  • Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services sales preferred.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.

  • Basic technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
