What you will be doing:

  • Complaint Management: Receive, review, and assess complaints to determine jurisdiction and regulatory issues.

  • Resolution & Referral: Resolve cases where possible or refer them to the Investigations Department as needed.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing existing processes and templates.

  • Communication: Respond to inquiries and prepare both internal and external communications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and assist in preparing monthly statistics and developing new policies.


What you must have:

  • Educational Background: College diploma or university degree in a related field.

  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in complaint handling or complex customer service.

  • Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and adaptable to new technologies.


Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 - $85,000
