We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Family Physician to join our dynamic and patient-focused team in Hammer, Ontario. What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

• Perform routine health screenings, physical exams, and preventative care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with Ontario health standards and EMR usage.

• Coordinate patient care with specialists, other healthcare providers, and community resources as needed.

• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice-based learning.

• Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures, and comply with all applicable regulations under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

What you must have:

• Medical degree (MD) and completion of residency in Family Medicine.

• Full registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

• Certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

• Eligible to work in Canada and obtain appropriate billing number with OHIP.

Salary/Rate Range: $300,000 - $400,000
