What you will be doing:

  • Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.

  • Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.

  • Serve as a project team member or team lead.

  • Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements.

  • Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.


What you must have: 

  • 5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow (Must)

  • Minimum 4 plus years overall IT experience (Must)

  • Hands on experience with Flow Designer and Scoped Application 

  • Must has experience on ITOM and ITSM Development.

  • Preferred experience on ITSM ITOM (CMDB)
    ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (Preferred)
