Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Contractor to join our client's Operations & Client Solutions team supporting Sales for 5 hours a day across a 3 month engagement, with a potential for extension. Must be able to work 8:30-1:30 PST.


What you will be doing:
Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

  • Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other appropriate technologies.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Ensure the platform is secure, stable, and scalable through proper testing, documentation, and governance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support ongoing system maintenance.

  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and team stand-ups following Agile/Scrum best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.



What you must have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator and using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), visualforce, and flows

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud

  • Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data architecture.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs

  • Experience with data modeling and management in Salesforce (e.g., schema design, validation rules, sharing rules).

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required).

  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications (required).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, workflows, and business process automation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data management expertise.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Data Loader, and third-party Salesforce apps.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and to influence stakeholders.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • A criminal record check and credit check is required for this position.
