Overview:
Join one of the most dynamic and active real estate development groups in the city. Our client's team is currently composed of 9 associates and 6 partners and is experiencing significant growth due to a consistent pipeline of high-profile development work. While many firms are reporting slowdowns, our group remains exceptionally busy, handling major deals and advising some of the largest developers in the region.


What you must have:

• Junior to mid-level associates with at least one full year of post-call experience.

• Experience in real estate or development law is preferred.

• Candidates from both large and smaller firms will be considered—demonstrated capability and strong work ethic are valued above pedigree alone.

• Ideal candidates are team-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in a high-paced, deal-focused environment.

Salary/Rate Range: 128,000.00 -185,000.00
