Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Product and Marketing ensuring that the company’s value is clearly communicated to therir target audience. You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption, engagement, and customer success. This role is pivotal in translating their product’s features into meaningful customer benefits that resonate with SMBs & marketing leaders. If you’re obsessed with achieving goals, constantly testing and iterating to get better results, and a deep understanding of product marketing, we’d love to have you on our client's team!
What you will be doing:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.

Increase expansion revenue through various tactics and strategies with a focus on product adoption and awareness

Test, iterate, and improve product marketing campaigns to maximize results

Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Leadpages in the market.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Craft and maintain product-related content, including website copy, videos, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitor positioning.

Partner with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.

Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies.

Lead strategies to attract, engage, and retain users by developing targeted campaigns and optimizing touchpoints to ensure a seamless, value-driven experience at every stage.

Develop and execute personalized campaigns tailored to specific personas to drive engagement and conversions.
Who you must be/ What you must have:

Obsessed with improving results and a hunger for challenges

Resourceful and can find creative solutions to various problems and campaigns

3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

Strong understanding of small business owners or entrepreneurs or marketing teams as a target audience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.

Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact of product marketing efforts.

Familiarity with the company
Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
