What you will be doing:

• Lead UAT activities with a focus on ensuring web and mobile applications meet accessibility standards, including WCAG and ADA compliance.

• Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate accessibility features, ensuring they meet functional and accessibility requirements.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to address accessibility concerns and ensure applications are fully accessible to users with disabilities.

• Identify, track, and resolve accessibility defects, ensuring all issues are addressed before the software goes live.

• Provide regular UAT reports on accessibility compliance, defect status, and improvements, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.

 
What you must have:

• Ability to clearly communicate accessibility issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
