What you will be doing:

• Design and build low-code AI agents in Copilot Studio tailored to client-specific use cases

• Work with Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Copilot to deliver custom workplace solutions

• Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical workflows and agent logic

• Utilize Power Automate to support automation of repetitive tasks and enhance agent capabilities

• Optionally leverage Azure AI Studio tools for advanced or custom AI scenarios

• Create documentation, wireframes, and user guides that support implementation and adoption

• Provide guidance on governance, user adoption, and change management strategies

• Engage with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure timely and accurate delivery across concurrent projects

What you must have:

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace tools, especially Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Copilot

• Ability to gather, interpret, and implement business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Proficiency with Power Automate and workflow development

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Studio

• Background in enterprise content management and intranet solutions

• Familiarity with creating roadmaps, governance frameworks, and adoption plans

• Experience supporting change management and training initiatives
