Overview:
The HVAC  Installer will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent technical abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.


What you will be doing:

•  HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to determine the layout and installation requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems, according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the installation process.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC installation is preferred.

• Minimum of [5] years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of successful projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.

• Excellent  interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and customers.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
