Base Salary Range: $90000 - $110000

What you will be doing:

• Manage day-to-day billing cycles and ensure accurate monthly invoicing
• Monitor and report project cost performance through budget-to-actual analysis
• Collaborate with Project Managers to forecast final project costs and profitability
• Develop and refine project budgets, gross margins, and revenue forecasts
• Track subcontractor costs, billable hours, and deferred revenue
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making across teams
• Assist in preparing reconciliations, financial statements, and ad-hoc reports
• Maintain oversight of sales pipeline to update revenue projections

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and improve financial processes with a continuous improvement mindset
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum is an asset
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with project-based accounting and revenue recognition under ASPE
• Preference given to candidates with multi-family construction experience
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
