What you will be doing:
Lead the RevOps Function

  • Own end-to-end revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Align GTM teams on forecasting, funnel metrics, pipeline hygiene, territory planning, and campaign attribution.

Own & Optimize HubSpot

  • Act as the business owner of HubSpot (our primary CRM + marketing automation platform), Mixpanel (for attribution, analytics, and data pipelines) and Metabase (for Revenue Reporting).

  • Drive cross-system architecture, lead integrations, and implement scalable workflows that support growth and visibility.

Drive Growth & Funnel Efficiency

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create clear attribution and lead scoring models.

  • Improve lead handoff, lifecycle stages, and campaign analytics to optimize conversion and velocity.

Enable High-Performing Teams

  • Build processes for sales enablement, onboarding, and performance tracking.

  • Design compensation models, dashboards, and KPIs for accountability and coaching.

Support Strategic Planning

  • Provide leadership with revenue insights, scenario models, and operational planning support.Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and customer segmentation efforts.

Lead & Mentor

  • Build and manage a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional excellence.


What you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations roles, with at least 3 years in a RevOps leadership capacity.

  • Expert-level HubSpot experience—owning the platform at a systems and strategic level.

  • Deep experience with B2B SaaS GTM motions—especially lead gen, self-serve trials, and PLG-informed funnels.

  • Proven track record building attribution models, forecasts, and lifecycle frameworks from the ground up.
    Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).

  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and influence change across teams.

  • Strong understanding of analytics and data integration tools (even if HubSpot is your CRM of record).


Salary/Rate Range: $150,000 - $180,000
