Overview:
Our Financial Services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to conduct systems process analysis, integration assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses for MS Dynamics CRM (Sales & Marketing)

 
What you must have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing) initiatives

• Must have a strong sense of business process and provide best practice strategies for OOTB Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/chatbots)

• Experience in working with Azure DevOps and a good understanding of agile practices & Jira for project/solution delivery

• proactive, self-motivated and strong in time management and should take ownership of the end-to-end closure of an issue

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team and to lead and manage the members when needed

• Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science or IT) or equivalent combination of education and experience

 
Nice to Have:

• Microsoft D365/Power Platform Certification preferred (Ex: PL-200, PL-600 etc.)

• Experience with Salesforce.com

• Knowledge of the Banking industry

 
 
Salary/Rate: $70/hour CAD
