What you will be doing:

• Lead Agile software development and infrastructure projects supporting critical education initiatives.

• Oversee multiple project phases through the SDLC, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.

• You’ll champion process consistency, deliverable quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and team efficiency while shaping project vision and strategy.

What you must have:

• 8+ years of experience managing software application teams using SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum

• Preferred: 3+ years working with Power BI and Data Lake

• Proven leadership in Agile project management, with skills in stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget planning

• Strong customer-service mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to motivate and influence without direct authority

• Scrum Master and/or PMI Certification strongly preferred

• Knowledge of school finance or state tax laws is a plus
