What you will be doing:

• Join a collaborative software engineering team to develop, administer, and support a range of development tools and environments.

• You’ll handle GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Atlassian Jira administration, build CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and troubleshoot complex issues.

• This role includes infrastructure support (AWS, Hyper-V) and scripting (Python, Shell, Ruby, Perl, Maven).

• You’ll work in a hybrid capacity based in Austin, with flexibility for some remote work.

What you must have:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Atlassian Jira

• 8+ years managing GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including automation and webhooks

• 8+ years resolving complex software and server issues, supporting and training end users

• Strong expertise with Hyper-V, backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, OpenShift)

• Proficiency in application/web servers (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat)

• Skilled in multiple scripting languages: Maven, Shell, Ruby, Perl, Python

• Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres

• Preferred: Agile project experience, AWS infrastructure, BMC Helix, and VM provisioning
