What you will be doing:
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Experience engaging with Senior Executives and diverse stakeholders.

Facilitate project communications and share updates regularly.

Develop positive relationships with business, technical, and project stakeholders.

Educate team and stakeholders on new processes; gather and act on feedback.

Secure acceptance and approvals from sponsors and stakeholders.
Project Documentation & Quality Assurance
-
Author and review key program and project documents (briefing notes, business cases, project charters, scope documents, change requests, reports, presentations).

Ensure all documentation meets program and stakeholder acceptance criteria.
-
Lead development and quality review processes.
Project Planning & Execution
-
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (budget, schedule, risk, scope).
-
Track and report on project execution, financials, risks, and issues.
-
Manage scope changes and approvals.
-
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and within scope.
-
Schedule and chair project team meetings; document outcomes.
Leadership & Team Management
-
Lead and manage project team members, ensuring effective use of resources.

Prioritize assignments, provide performance feedback, and take corrective action.

Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment encouraging open communication.

Recognize personal and team successes.
Process Improvement & Change Management
-
Lead process review and improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with team members to improve workflows and project progress.

Identify and manage organizational change requirements.

Transition project deliverables to operational teams.
Industry & Technical Knowledge
-
Experience in healthcare projects and relevant software preferred but not mandatory.

Knowledge of procurement, project planning, budgeting, and tracking.

Maintain competency in project management disciplines.
Reporting & Escalation
-
Submit regular status reports to executive leadership and steering committees.
-
Track and escalate significant issues beyond project team resolution.
-
Manage issue resolution and decision-making processes.
