What you will be doing:

• Increase service excellence nationwide, mostly focused on remote support tickets

• Support uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction with LCMS systems

• Contribute to training and mentoring less experienced technicians

• Improve preventative maintenance coverage and service metrics

• Help scale the Field Service division with experienced senior talent

What you must have: 

• 8+ years of experience in industrial or clinical lab settings

• Advanced service expertise in Sciex LC/MS and Shimadzu HPLC/UPLC IN ADDITION is a real nice to have

• Training and mentorship experience

• Degree in Chemistry, Medical Technology, Engineering, or similar

• Comfortable working around biological samples (blood/urine etc)
