What you will be doing:

Build, test, and deliver lifecycle messaging across channels such as email, push, SMS, and in-app

Execute message optimization strategies and implement best practices

Conduct split and multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness

Collaborate with marketing strategists to manage campaign processes and drive content engagement
-
Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate dependencies, and monitor progress
-
Track and report on messaging programs, addressing issues proactively
-
Implement and audit analytics tagging to evaluate message performance
-
Manage reporting and provide ad hoc analysis as needed
-
Ensure all messaging complies with GDPR and other legal requirements
What you must have:
-
4+ years of experience executing CRM/lifecycle marketing campaigns and optimization
-
Proficiency in email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
-
Knowledge of experimentation best practices and strong attention to detail
-
Ability to build HTML emails, adjust templates, and communicate complex needs to developers
-
Strong project management skills and ability to support team scalability
-
Analytical mindset with curiosity to guide decisions through data
-
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Consultative approach to managing stakeholder relationships
-
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence
-
Knowledge of email and mobile best practices

Ability to be on-call when business needs require

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Salary/Rate Range: $50.00 to $55.00 /hour
