Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise-level invoice tracking system replacement. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage milestones, track budgets, facilitate meetings, handle risk and change requests, and ensure delivery stays on track and under budget. 


What you will be doing:

• Managing SDLC deliverables and ensuring requirements translate into actionable technical specifications

• Overseeing project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and status reporting

• Leading Agile ceremonies and driving sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives

• Collaborating with both business and technical teams to align goals and resolve issues

• Facilitating strong communication between project sponsors, team members, and leadership

• Ensuring deliverables are met within time, scope, and cost constraints

What you must have:

• 10+ years leading enterprise projects across large organizations

• 10+ years documenting project plans, managing risks/issues, and summarizing for stakeholders

• 10+ years guiding projects through all SDLC phases

• 10+ years relationship-building across sponsors and project teams

• 8+ years Agile experience, including feature-driven sprint execution

• 5+ years of experience managing public sector or State of Texas Agile projects

• 5+ years in healthcare or public health environments

• PMP Certification (Required)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
