What you must have:

• Certified PA.

• Experience in surgical first assisting, Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH), perioperative patient care and inpatient rounding.

• Preferred experience in ECMO.

•  If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements:  provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form). 

• Active Illinois license.
