What you will be doing:

Engage in vendor meetings to discuss trends and performance, sharing insights with Global Product Management.

Manage and execute large weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments for National Accounts.

Track and report essential vendor rebate data to management and other accounting areas.

Create insightful ad-hoc reports for vendors, management, and clients.

Analyze payment histories to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Serve as a liaison between vendors and the Accounts Payable department.

Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate processing of payment files.

Update departmental policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
What you must have:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Programs.

2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
