Overview:

What you will be doing:

  • Engage in vendor meetings to discuss trends and performance, sharing insights with Global Product Management.

  • Manage and execute large weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments for National Accounts.

  • Track and report essential vendor rebate data to management and other accounting areas.

  • Create insightful ad-hoc reports for vendors, management, and clients.

  • Analyze payment histories to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and the Accounts Payable department.

  • Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate processing of payment files.

  • Update departmental policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


What you must have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Programs.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
