Overview:
Following rapid expansion within our SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a Managing Solution Architect (Sr. ServiceNow Technical Consultant) to lead key engagements. This is a remote position ideal for candidates with deep expertise in ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations across complex enterprise environments.


What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of advanced ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, and system integrations. You’ll lead data mapping and transformation efforts while supporting cross-platform integrations with external systems.
Design & Architecture

  • Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned to customer needs.

  • Build and maintain service maps using Discovery patterns.

  • Ensure the accuracy of CMDB and related infrastructure representations.

Integration & Data Mapping

  • Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, and MID Server.

  • Map and transform data from external systems into ServiceNow.

  • Validate data flows and ensure integrity during migration and integration.

  • Optimize integration performance and resolve related issues.

Customization & Support

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows.

  • Support enhancements related to data transformation and integration.

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams.

  • Participate in release planning and integration roadmap development.

  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.


What you must have:
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping).

  • Proficient with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP, MID Server.

  • Skilled in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).

  • Strong knowledge of data transformation tools (Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps).

  • Experience in cross-platform integrations and performance optimization.
