What you will be doing:

  • Facilitate the definition, development, and documentation of requirements for changes to existing IT systems  in collaboration with multiple stakeholder grou

  • Prepare for and conduct requirements elicitation activities for project intake,  RFIs, RFPs and approved IT Projects

  • Facilitate the definition of new project requests for addition to the IT Portfolio, including high level cost and effort estimates

  • Manage and maintain requirements information from project intake to project closure, including transition to IT support

  • Support the Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) and Test Lead in all phases of IT project delivery 

  • Support the Operational Change Management (OCM) Lead in all phases of IT project delivery

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT PMO governance, methodology and processes to achieve project delivery excellence by supporting and promoting IT PMO standards and best practices


What you must have:

  • Experience in eliciting and writing requirements (business / stakeholder / solution) for IT project delivery in a multi-system environment

  • Experience in the use of different techniques for the planning and execution of activities for requirements elicitation & analysis including but not limited to: Brainstorming, Structured Workshops, Document Analysis, Business Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, Functional Decomposition, Interviews, Mind Mapping, Business Process Modeling, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Context Diagrams

  • Proficient in the use of different tools for  planning and execution of activities for requirements elicitation & analysis including but not limited to:  MS Visio, ARIS, MIRO, PowerPoint, MSWord Templates, MS Excel Templates

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing demands with tight timelines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present information to various audiences in both formal and informal settings.

  • Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders which includes excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to deploy a structured approach to problem solving and work practices.
