What you will be doing:

• Experience with 2 or more Canadian clients for an Oracle Health/Cerner EHR advancement

• Knowledge of the Cerner Millenium application

• Excellent knowledge and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Software suite

• Experience working in a remote office environment

• Flexible working hour arrangements with an expectation for availability during PST business hours of Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm.

• With notice can work evenings and early mornings.

• Go Live Elbow Support expectation is that there is availability to work the shift assigned which can include overnights and weekends.

• Flexibility for rural travel, as sites may have limited options for timing, availability, and type or quality of accommodations.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships and driving team success.

• Strong organization and coordination skills

What you must have:

• Prior experience with Cerner Millennium and Oracle Health

• Experience supporting 2+ Canadian Cerner clients

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Availability for flexible work hours (including evenings/weekends during go-lives)

• Willingness to travel to rural BC for go-lives and validation events
