We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor with at least ten years of professional experience. What you will be doing:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) team.

  • Train, mentor, and support accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.

  • Oversee customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

  • Monitor aging reports and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Manage month-end closing processes.

  • Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries.

  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.

  • Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.


What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes.

  • Proficient in VantagePoint software and Microsoft Excel.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
