What you will be doing:

• You will oversee the development and implementation of modifications and enhancements to a Financial Data Warehouse.

• Responsibilities include applying standard project management practices within Agile (Scrum) teams, creating project charters and work plans, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

• You’ll collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, communicate complex designs and processes effectively, and support presentations to leadership.

• Additional duties include monitoring project scope, risk, and quality, while providing technical support during and outside work hours, as needed.

What you must have:

• At least 6 years of project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations, with 6 years of experience in Federal/State environments.

• A minimum of 3 years in Agile (Scrum), 3 years of development experience, and 3 years of Jira experience are required.

• PMP certification is mandatory (must be noted on resume, proof may be requested).

• Preferred qualifications include experience with the Texas Project Delivery Framework, data warehouse/database reporting, and State procurement/contracting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
