Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the support and optimization of a large-scale cloud ERP environment serving ~2000 users at a global company in Vancouver. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring integrations, security, and system performance meet business needs.


What you will be doing:

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Manage user security, authentication, and access controls

• Oversee integrations, code migrations, and system updates

• Support reporting, analytics, and data processes

• Be able to roll the sleeves up and trouble shoot origins of issues

• Lead and mentor a team of technical and functional specialists

What you must have:

• Experience in ERP technical development, administration, or support. Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.

• Strong experience with cloud ERP platforms, integrations, and security

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and hybrid integrations

• Knowledge of financials and supply chain workflows

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Salary/Rate Range: $140,000.00 - $174,900.00
