Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Administrator to support our organization’s purchasing and supplier management functions. This role is critical to ensuring that goods and services are sourced in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to collaborate with both vendors and internal teams.
What you will be doing:

Procurement Strategy: Assist in developing purchasing plans, researching potential suppliers, and coordinating the full procurement cycle.

Contracts & Agreements: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors; draft and process purchase orders and work agreements.

Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and competitive value.

Financial Alignment: Monitor budgets and spending to ensure procurement activities meet cost targets and organizational needs.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure all procurement actions are aligned with internal policies and relevant external regulations.

Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate files for contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare reports as required.
What you must have:

Strong negotiation abilities and the confidence to manage supplier discussions.

Clear communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners.

Analytical mindset for reviewing data, comparing pricing, and spotting trends.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfort with procurement platforms or related business software.
