What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and SAP/ERP functional teams to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

• Optimize data models and visualizations for performance, scalability, and usability.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with governance and compliance standards.

• Provide subject matter expertise on BI visualization best practices and promote adoption of self-service reporting tools.

• Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions.

• Contribute to reporting strategy and integration with other tools supporting the SAP S/4HANA program.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to align reporting solutions with business needs.

• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are supported by data.

• Deliver standardized KPI dashboards and reporting solutions within agreed project timelines.

What you must have:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in data visualization and dashboard development.

• Proven expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques).

• Experience working in Pharma, Life Sciences, or manufacturing environments, ideally within SAP/ERP transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, global program environment.
